9-Week Chakradance Cycle

Join me for this unique self-discovery journey as we travel through the chakra system.

Each week, we will focus on a different chakra and and shine a light into what is inside of it for each of us.  The evening begins with a meditation and short discussion before we begin our moving meditation in a dimly lit room.  We finish the evening off with creative expression, sharing, and reflection.

Come with an open mind and an open heart and allow what needs to bubble up bubble up.  Be open to images in your mind's eye, symbols, emotions, and feelings.  This is our soul speaking to us.  Listen to what she has to say.
