A Symphony of Healing: Earth Day Sound Bath (in-person & online)

Happy Earth Day!!

The theme for 2023, is investing in our planet.

What does that look like for us?  For our bodies?

Tonight's Sound Bath is designed to restore communion with Earth.  To open us up to receiving more, judging less, and be more authentic.  When we BE this way, it is actually a kindness to the Earth.

This evening we will weave between different notes and intervals as we bring balance and harmony to our bodies, our minds, and our souls, creating more ease and joy and therefore, gifting the Earth kind energy. 

Sound Therapy brings balance to the body through entrainment.  This is when the body mimics the healthy frequencies of the the crystal singing bowls.  The more you listen to the bowls, the more balanced the frequencies within you are.

Bring your blankets, pillows, yoga mats, a water bottle, get cozy, and allow me to take you on a journey, a Symphony of Healing journey to release stuck anger and grief in the body.

There will be an online option via Zoom for those of you who can't make it in person.
