A Symphony of Healing: Releasing Stuck Anger and Grief (online option available)

Scientist and doctors are now recognizing the harmful effects stuck emotions play in the body, especially those related to resentment, anger, and unresolved grief.  They now estimate that up to 80% of all diseases in the body are caused by emotions we don't process.  These emotions can be obvious or they can lurk beneath, doing their dirty work in silence.

All emotions serve a purpose in some form or another, it is when we trap them that they wreak havoc. For example fear keeps us safe, joy/sadness bring us to the present moment, anger gets us moving.  When we trap them instead of letting them flor we become disconnected and fake, we overly control ourselves, and we don't take practical action.

In this special sound bath, we will weave through releasing intervals of notes designed to help us release in a kind and gentle way.  We will turn on the tap to letting energy flow that has been previously stuck on days and in some cases years.
