It's time for a nervous system detox!
When are nervous sytem gets over-taxed, it shows up in many ways from our decisions making, to our digestive system, in our skin, to our emotional well-being, etc etc etc.
Allow me to take you on a one hour journey to detox the nervous system and bring us back into a space of Harmony.
Get comfortable with your pillows, cushions, and yoga mat, as I guide you on a sound journey using Crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks.
