There is no better time to dive into the energy of "Surrender" than in the middleof the holidays.  

We are either over commiting ourselves, striving for perfection, or wrapped up in uncomfortable feelings of grief, anger, or anything in between.

Surrender is to let go.

This isn't a people pleasing energy, but to let go of the outcome, the judgement, the significance we have made and enter into a state of gratitude for the here and now.
