About the event
When are nervous system is under stress, is affects our whole well-being. This could be from relationships, to our finances, to our decision making, to our immune system, to how we heal from injuries, to our sleep, to our digestive system.... you get it... EVERYTHING.
Tonight, we will be focusing on our nervous system to being it out of a state of stress and disregulation and into a space of relaxation, focus, and function.
We will be weaving between different notes and intervals of the crystal singing bowls and adding in some tuning forks.
