In "A Symphony of Healing: Connecting to our Purpose" We are going to travel through these energies, unravel blockages and stagnant energy through Crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks and bring ourselves back to that place of purposeful action, joyful movement, and knowingness.

Show up with an open heart and an open mind, ready to receive, bring some blankets, yoga mat, and cushions, get cozy, and allow me to guide you on a journey to purpose though sound.
