A Symphony of Healing Sound Bath: To honor the journey

To honor the journey...

We often get trapped going through life on auto-pilot, ignoring to the small miracles in our day-to-day life.  We are living in the past and future and ignore the here and now.

Tonight's sound bath is to honor the journey.  The intention is to bring purpose in each step we take and to bring us back to the joy of the present moment.

We will travel up and down the Chakra System using Crystal Singing Bowls, weaving various healing intervals to bring our body, mind, and energy into balance.  

All you have to do is walk through the doors with an open heart and an open mind, get comfy with cushions and blankets, and enjoy the soothing and healing sounds of the Crystal Sining Bowls.
