Our emotions can often be undefinable by words. They are the soul's language, a language that is spoken through various expressive ways. And when these emotions and experiences get trapped in our bodies, we need to find a full embodiment way to express them and let them go.

Welcome to Chakradance! The rhythm of our soul

We use spontaneous movement, music mixed specifically to resonate with different areas of our life, guided imagery, and art to access what is going on and to unravel blocked or stuck energy.

There is no right way to "do" Chakradance and there is no dance experience necessary.

This is a gentle moving meditation guided by your own soul.
