What does that even mean??

In short, connecting to the Earth’s energy centres to facilitate our own healing and well-being to reduce stress in the body, mind, and soul.

This retreat is designed to ground you, calm the nervous system, de-clutter the mind, and facilitate calmness and balance from within.

What will you get out of the this weekend retreat?

-       Connecting with like-minded individuals who are interested in growth and change

-       9 guided workshops over two days and an evening by two trained and talented facilitators.

-       Immersing yourself in sound, creative expression through movement and art, reflection, and nature inspired activities

-       Two lunches and snacks are included

-       Time to explore the picturesque grounds next to the South Saskatchewan River

-       A parting gift for you to continue your journey after the retreat

This retreat is presented by Balanced Living Holistic Care and Kari’s Healing Space who are trained in multiple healing modalities.  Together, they weave their knowledge and experience to create unique workshops for the soul.

The Annual Communion with Earth Retreat will be held at the Queen’s House of Retreat & Renewal in Saskatoon from Friday, August 12th to Sunday, August 14th.

Energy exchange for the retreat is $598

Friday evening: Registration at 6:00pm, introductions, workshop & social 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
