Base Chakradance Workshops

Chakradance is a moving meditation practice. There are four main  components to each workshop: classic meditation, moving meditation, a  creative exercise to further express what came up throughout the evening   and a time to share and reflect.

Chakradance is designed to bring a greater connection between your  inner and outer worlds to bring you closer in communion with your soul.  The moving meditation is done with your eyes closed or gaze lowered in a  dimly lit room to bring your focus inwards.

Through  Chakradance, it is like shining a light into each energy centre and  seeing what is inside. Participants have healed past trauma and drama,  gained clarity, had guides come in and received messages, felt like they  were dancing with loved ones far away or who have passed away, improved  their sleep, and so much more. *
