I just ask that you come willing to drop your judgements (at least some of them) of yourself and experience whatever it is you are about to experience.

Sometimes our feelings, our pains, our blockages, and our sensations can’t be described in words. We can’t talk our way out of them because they are undefinable. Ever find yourself trying to explain to a friend what you are feeling but can’t seem to get your point across? This is it!

When our bodies are communicating with us, they aren’t using English (or whatever language you speak) in their attempts. They are using the language of our soul.
