In this 90-minute Chakra Dance workshop, you’ll be guided through a gentle somatic dance practice to release stuck emotions and reconnect with your body. We’ll gently move through the chakra system, exploring the different energies within us through music, intuitive dance, guided imagery, and art.

No dance experience is needed. Simply come as you are with an open mind and open heart.
