Chakradance Workshop

You are invited to an evening of coming home.

Welcome to Chakradance, a healing dance practice for the soul.

This is a magical evening of healing and releasing through movement, sound, and expression. In this 90 minute workshop, we will travel through the Chakra System through beautiful music, guided imagery, and your own spontaneous movement, to release what is no longer serving you.

We hold onto many emotions, feelings, thoughts, judgments, and beliefs. This creates many uncomfortable physical symptoms, mental health issues, and stress in our environment and relationships. By connecting back to our body and soul, we are able to release these creating more ease and joy in our lives.

Dance experience is not necessary!

There are no steps to follow along. This is all about you. We move with our eyes closed or gaze lowered to remove the judgment we have and to focus inwards.
