About the event
Dispersing Stuck Grief is a series to be held on the last Monday of each month.
We all suffer from grief from time to time. It can look like the loss of a loved one, a break-up, losing a job, the ending of a friendship, or the anticipation of loss. Essentially, it shows up whenever an ending has occured to help us move on.
But what happens when grief gets stuck and is no longer helping us?
We begin to function from contraction or subpression. It controls us. It stops us from moving and can paralysis us. It can manipulate our thoughts and our actions. We can begin to lose all sense of who we are.
This event was born out of a place of need. It is the same tools that I use when I get stuck in grief. We will bring movement to our emotion. This allows…
