About the event

Dispersing Stuck Grief is a series to be held on the last Monday of each month.

We all suffer from grief from time to time.  It can look like the loss of a loved one, a break-up, losing a job, the ending of a friendship, or the anticipation of loss.  Essentially, it shows up whenever an ending has occured to help us move on.

But what happens when grief gets stuck and is no longer helping us?

We begin to function from contraction or subpression.  It controls us.  It stops us from moving and can paralysis us. It can manipulate our thoughts and our actions.  We can begin to lose all sense of who we are.

This event was born out of a place of need.  It is the same tools that I use when I get stuck in grief.  We will bring movement to our emotion.  This allows us to be uncontrolled by it and create more space for ourselves.

We will be doing this through simple energy exercises, quick and short journaling exercise to bring the emotion to the surface, followed by a group sound healing session to allow for movement of the emotion.  There will be time at the end for more journaling and tea.

There will be no rush to leave.  It will be a safe space for you to share, to experience, and to discuss and ask questions.

Investment is just $39 and includes journal questions, paper, pen, and tea.
