This is a one day certification course where you learn a hands on  body process that can improve how you look and feel.  We have so many  beliefs about aging, bodies, health, body image, and everything else we  unkindly stick on our bodies.  What if we did something that was  nurturing instead of harsh and invasive?  Well that's what this is  about! 

During class you will give two sessions, receive two sessions, go  over different clearings that you can use for yourself and others  afterwards, and receive a manual with a head chart.
