Express your childhood emotions without fear.

This evening is purposely designed to give you a safe space to express your emotions stemming from childhood.  We will be mixing your memories with the beautiful frequencies of crystal singing bowls, art, and reflection to create a shift in perspective, release of emotions, and to dissipate stuck limiting beliefs. 

We ask you to bring something from your childhood to give inspiration for the evening.

Most of our beliefs are actually created before the age of 8 years old.  Meaning we spend the rest of our lives functioning from this view point and may never realize it.  Have you ever heard your parents say "money is evil", "the world is unsafe", or "better to set low expectations so you don't disappoint yourself."  And now look at where you are and what you are choosing.
