I get it, Monday can be ROUGH. Â You had a relaxing weekend, went on some awesome adventure, or even did some awesome cleaning (yes, that is possible!). Now it is Monday and you are back into your schedule and not ready to let go of the freedom you had.
That is what Raise Your Vibe: Lunch Time Quickie is all about!
This is a super charged quick 30 minute healing session, guided by an oracle card for the day. Â We weave between Sound Healing, BodyTalk, Reflection Questions, and anywhere else we are guided to.
This session is set up to be a reset, a boost, a morning cup of coffee on a crisp cool day.
The session will be recorded so if you miss it or you would like to repeat, you can!
