Society has been using music for centuries for ceremonies, rituals, and healing as they have a profound effective on our health and wellness.  They can affect our physical, mental, emotion, and spiritual health.  Each note resonates with a different area of our body and our lives.  Through the phenomenon called "entrainment", which is when one mimics the frequency of another, we can facilitate healthier cells, thoughts, and lifestyle as the healthy frequencies of the crystal singing bowls pass through the body's physical and energetic body.

Allow me to guide you through this 60 minute healing session as you get comfortable with your blankets, pillows, and yoga mat, softly close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds drift through you.
