The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and there is a scent of inspiration in the air. All that is missing is the connection to the frequency of joy to get you moving
On Sunday, June 5th I will be facilitating an energizing meditation using the transformative sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls.
Allow the frequencies of the bowls to wash over you, massaging all the cells in your body, and balancing any tension, tightness, stress, and energy blocks. Allowing them to facilitate movement in the body. Allowing the frequencies to spark joy from within.
This is a full healing session using sound.
