A Symphony of Healing: An Emotional Release
Emotions are powerful. Â They can propel us forward or keep us in the past. Â They can inspire us into action or keep us hostage in our own head and body. Â
Join me for an evening of healing and letting go the anger, the worry, the fear, the grief, and the guilt. Â And welcome joy, peacefulness, calmness, and happiness.
This is a gentle practice.
Bring your yoga mat, cushions, and blankets and get comfortable. Allow me to guide you on a journey of healing, a Symphony of Healing journey.
