A Symphony of Healing: An Emotional Release
Emotions are powerful. They can propel us forward or keep us in the past. They can inspire us into action or keep us hostage in our own head and body.
Join me for an evening of healing and letting go the anger, the worry, the fear, the grief, and the guilt. And welcome joy, peacefulness, calmness, and happiness.
This is a gentle practice.
Bring your yoga mat, cushions, and blankets and get comfortable. Allow me to guide you on a journey of healing, a Symphony of Healing journey.
