Access Bars is a system based on 32 points of the head.  When these are lightly touched, it allows the stuck energy to dissipate and therefore, you being able to release trapped beliefs, judgements, and attitudes.  Some of these points include control, money, healing, communication, and time.

Reiki uses channeled Universal Life Force to bring a sense of relaxation, calmness, and peaceful energy, taking our bodies out of its stress response.  This allows the body to heal.

BodyTalk is a unique healing modality that re-establishes healthy communication in the body, mind, and soul and takes into consideration everything that is happening in your environment.  It brings together body systems, chakras, and chinese medicine into one powerful healing session.

Sound Healing is a beautiful soothing modality where I use tuning forks and crystal singing bowls to bring relaxation balance to the mind, body, and soul.

It works by your body mimicking the healthy frequencies of the instruments I use.

The lymphatic system is extremely important to our overall health, yet it doesn't have it's own pump like the heart does for blood.  This can leave us feeling very stagnant and cause "back-ups".  By supporting the lymphatic system, we can strengthen our immune systems, endocrines, and brain health.

These sessions are a "go with the flow" type of session.  We flow between modalities seamlessly to allow whatever needs to come up.  It is also a great opportunity for you to experience different modalities.
