9-Week Chakradance Cycle - The Awakening

Over the course of 9 weeks, you’ll be guided through a moving meditation that explores each of the seven major chakras, with two integration sessions woven in for grounding and reflection. Using music, free-form movement, and inner imagery, Chakradance invites you to reconnect with your authentic self, release stuck energy, and experience the joy of being fully alive in your body.
