A Symphony of Healing Sound Bath: Melt Away The Masks

Who are you?  I mean underneath all the masks you put on for the world to see?

We put masks on for various reasons.  Sometimes it is project a false sense of confidence, sometimes it is to fit in, while other times it is because we lost who we truly are.

Tonight's Sound Bath intention is to melt away any masks that are hiding our true authentic self and let our soul shine bright for the world to see.

We will be unraveling blockages, stuck emotions, and confusions as we allow the Crystal Singing Bowls to wash through our cells and energy system.  This Symphony of Healing with combine various intervals and notes to bring us back into balance with our true self and our purpose.  And of course, touching on general health along the way.

What is expected from you?

Show up with an open mind and an open heart. Bring your cushions, blankets, and yoga mat.  Get comfortable.  Allow me to guide you on a healing journey.
