Chakradance: Awakening Night

Welcome to a unique evening of inner discovery that doesn’t require you to talk, for you to know, or for you to answer anything!

I just ask that you come willing to drop your judgements (at least some of them) of yourself and experience whatever it is you are about to experience.

Sometimes our feelings, our pains, our blockages, and our sensations can’t be described in words. We can’t talk our way out of them because they are undefinable. Ever find yourself trying to explain to a friend what you are feeling but can’t seem to get your point across? This is it!

When our bodies are communicating with us, they aren’t using English (or whatever language you speak) in their attempts. They are using the language of our soul.

THIS is Chakradance. The rhythm of our soul.

Through spontaneous movement, music mixed in a way to resonate with different areas of our life, and guided imagery, we are able to access our soul’s language. We are able to unwind, untwist, and move through our pains, hurts, blockages, emotions, and any area we are stuck in a kind and gentle way. Through this practice you will be able to release and let go, to open the taps, and bring in more movement into your life and your feelings and emotions.

There is no right way to dance. It is an organic unfolding of what is inside.

Nervous about the dancing part? No worries! We move in a dimly lit room with our eyes closed or gaze lowered.

During these intro nights, we will travel through all 7 major Chakras, shining a light into what each one has to say.
