Dancing Your Vision to Life

Join us in an exercise in gaining clarity of how you would like your life to look through meditation, movement, and art.  During this three hour workshop we clear our minds of how things "should" look and focus on what really matters to you.  Then we will create visualizations and pull energy through our creations to bring them to life.   

This workshop takes place in Little Red Park just outside of Prince Albert, surrounded by the grounding and relaxing energy of Mother Earth.
