Fuck Fear Retreat- A Sacred Sister Gathering
Join Katie, Kiernan & Nichole on October 27th from 7pm to 10pm! This 3-hour Retreat offers a holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. This evening will start with a beautiful creation of Cacao and conversation. You are invited to be completely as you are. No need to dim your light, we want you to shine. This will lead to a beautiful grounding with Cacao, which holds the presents of Mother Earth. This is a gentle way to connect with Earth, to allow release of energy that we have collected during our lives and has stagnated.
Then to follow will be a glorious meditation and conversation with Access Bars, a gentle healing technique that helps release limiting beliefs and negative emotions.
