We all have our reasons for not having the thing we want. Whether that is losing 20lbs, our stress levels, not making more money, living in the house we live in, driving the car we have, how our relationships function, simply just being happy, etc. But truth is, the only reason you are where you are, is because you are choosing it.
You won’t choose to change anything in your life until you are completely done with that story. The glue that holds those stories together are your limiting beliefs and emotions, without them, your stories have no energy.
