An evening of sound, movement + creative reflection

Rooted is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it means to feel grounded, safe and supported in the life you're living.

This is not a traditional sound bath. While sound is woven throughout the evening, Rooted is an interactive women's circle combining sound, guided movement, creative expression, personal reflection and connection.

We'll begin with a short sound experience to settle into the space before exploring the evening's theme: our relationship with safety, security, belonging and the physical world around us.
