There are different ways to work with me.  We can set up individual appointments either in-person or online, you can register for the pre-recorded 8-week emotional release program "Getting Unstuck So You Can Get On With Life", or sometimes I offer special group sound baths (check in with me if you would like to book a private group sound bath!)
